Not fat, or anything, just the apnea... and a few other side effects from the sleep apnea to. They stop breathing, and it freaked me out... One would wake up suddenly from terrifying night mares, and wouldn't go back to sleep- she was to scared. I still snore, but only when my nasal passages are blocked or I'm asleep on my back. I had sleep apnea so bad that I'd stop breathing for a long period of time. When I was 7 I had surgery to remove my tonsils and they took out my Adenoids as well and I haven't had a problem since. I used to have sleep apnea. My bf thinks its the funniest thing ever, especially when I'm so stuffed I can't breath thru my nose at all.
