    Ive heard this kind of breathing assistance during sleep can boost your cardio endurance in the ring(regarding full contact sports like boxing and mma).,Please let me know if this could be possible

    i use a polident strip on my lips at night to keep my yapper shut. Works great for me…

    Very few of these videos deal with the need for a chin strap to keep the patient’s mouth closed. Otherwise, the air goes in the nose and out the mouth.

    That mask does not look comfortable! I would never advise my patients to wear this mask! Thanks for the info though!
