I have a hard time breathing through my nose, especially at night. I used to use Nasonex almost every night to help me sleep better. Now, all I do is put on a Breathe Right strip before bed. It works excellent!! My Nasonex usage has gone from 20-25 doses a month, to once a month at the most.

I love these nasal strips. I have a deviated septum and as long as I’m wearing these, I no longer wake up in the middle of the night because my nose is clogged up. The only problem I have with this style in particular is when I take them off in the morning they are often stuck so strongly that it hurts to pull off. I eventually get sores on my nose from pulling the skin off so often. I’m going to switch back to the clear ones because they don’t cause that problem.

I must use a BiPAP machine every night (& some days)due to ALS, but I also have significant seasonal allergies. This product is effective for ensuring that the nasal passages are open and functional. They apply easily, remove easily, and keep the nostrils open so that I can use the breathing assistance of the machine.
