If you do that again you might loose youre hearing! Learn about equalization first.

note that when they go down, they hold their nose for a second. it’s the easiest way to balance the pressure between your ears and the environment. they hold the nose and try to exhale air out of it. try this on land first, then in water. the exale should be very soft, and you will hear the ears pop and the uncomfortable feeling in your ears go away.
importante note – DO NOT do the same thing when you come up to the surface, as it could damage you. this should be used only when going deeper.
how do u go so deep down without ur ears hurting i go like 15 feet and my ears are killing me
