this is scary snoring i fell soryy for whoever has to sleep with him its like he goes off every once and again not continuously!!
you should video tape him or something and then try to convince him, because if his snores are this bad (as in the video) then that means that he’s got sleep apnea and that can be dangerous
OMG! This sounds like my husband. He’s snoring right now and sounds just like this. But he doesn’t believe me when I tell him he ROARS at night. Good grief. How does his sleep partner get any rest. I guess thats why i’m an insomniac!
Yes, he appears to have sleep apnea. No need to live like this. Have him go to a sleep clinic. Yes, they will put him on CPAP. But, with the CPAP, he will be back to normal and the weight will be easier to take off than w/o CPAP . Untreated sleep apnea leads to weight gain. Treated sleep apnea leads to weight loss — and eventually could mitigate the need for CPAP.
I know that in some cases, weight is not an issue and masks and surgery are needed no matter; however, if you suffer from sleep apnea and you are overweight, LOSE THE DAMN WEIGHT! My sleep doc said 95% of sleep apnea can be eliminated by getting to a normal weight.
I went from 317 to 297 and my sleep apnea problems diminished substantially. Hopefully when I get to a normal weight, there will be no more problems.
Also, cut out booze and cola products…completely.
Thsi fellow indeed may not wake up one night. Classic obstructive sleep apnea does unfortunately kill those who suffer. This is not a ‘comedy piece’. We are watching a victim suffering. Sleep apnea can lead to heart attacks and stroke. The victim is tired all day long, with a low quality of life, often irritable and accident prone. Needs to see a doctor right away.
Great video! Yes, poor wife. I would live to see one w/o the face getting blocked out. The mouth movements and noises are funny. I doubt this man will wake up anyway. Hope to see another soon.
