Jennifer Donelson (who lived in Gulfport MS before and after Hurricane Katrina) talks about her experience spending the early months of her pregnancy with son Wesley in a FEMA trailer with high formaldehyde levels. Jennifer wants to warn parents that if babies exposed to formaldehyde in the womb or early life start turning blue, they may later stop breathing like her son Wesley. An apnea monitor may save their lives.

this is a sad story and you are so strong for dealing with this but if my kid kept turning blue over and over and stopped breathing even once i wouldve kept bringing him back to the hospital til they figured out what was wrong…it shouldnt matter how many kids you have, turning blue and not breathing is serious and should be checked on right away, hopefully this video will teach others to not ignore these symptoms. i hope your story helps others!
Hell yeah ageshero! How come this video is not gaining any recognition, this is an amazing first hand account of someone who has lived in these toxic homes. I am astonished.
Jeesh. Why is this video not more wide spread? is what im wondering.
Missing in this video: What’s the source of the formaldehyde fumes inside the trailer ?
Answer: the glue bond in the plywood and particle board in the cabinetry. You might have it in your home as well.
The sad part is that I don’t see the government doing anything to make things better. Chairman Waxman is talking about it but I don’t see anything being done. Your son is beautiful. The saddest part of this video was the coughing in the background. It sounded to me like permanent damage has been done to more than one of your children. I will continue to pray for you and your family.
