Frank mcgowan and Chris Idzikowski on Gloria Hunniford Show (Channel 5) 01-05-2002

I was a recurring guest on the show as part of their ‘sleep well segments’ (my band done our first tour at the time and they wanted people with “inadequate sleep hygiene” lol, ie, people who were too busy to sleep or lifestyles were too hectic). In this, the first episode of a 5 week segment, I appeared alongside Professor Christopher Idzikowski and a member of the public. Other episodes I featured in included guests such as Stephen Gately, Adam Rickett and Jenny Seagrove. Unfortunately, I don’t have any of these episodes as the show went out live. This was taped for me by a friend.
