you only have to go slow and pracrise a lot. Its also important not to smoke. im 16 i i can go 25m.keep practicing,.
how can you ascend that fast from 30 meters without feeling bad?
just try in a pool, see how far underwater you cans swim, you should be able to do 50 m no problem
I’m a SCUBA diver! I want to do free-diving like those, someone teach me =P!
your probably better off with one down at a time with the other 1 or 2 persons waiting around 10 meters.
3 down. I went in first, Elisabeth followed me and then Daan went last with the camera. We shot the video after carefully assessing the dive site and after passing through for a couple of times.
The most critical part of the dive is the ascent. The timing allowed me to assist if anything went wrong with either of them and they covered me.
cool footage. nice depth. but was that 2 people down/1 up or 3 down/none up… either way not the safest setup eh?

You should be freediving to film that. Then, It’s not too difficult.
You should take a course then. I’m sure you can do that too if you really want. Just keep swimming…

I can only dive 12 meters. How can you dive that much deep?

Noone is changing masks. The surface parts are different clips cut together, the dive itself is in one piece.
How did You changed you masks underwater?
perhaps it is collecton of separate clips?
