notice ur thoughts before you go to bed, good or bad. if they’re good they’ll b better after a good nights sleep. if they r bad they won’t seem so bad after a good nights sleep. learn to let go. keep important papers or issues from catching your concious level thought before going to bed. a clutter free room is more compatible to a good nights sleep. keep coffee to the morning hours so u have the whole day to burn it off. don’t take sleeping pills or sleep aids.
yeah i was expecting something a little more substantial than just reiterating everything i imagine everyone already knows.
