I have sleep apnea and now I have to sleep with a apap but my nose stays stopped up and I cant sleep.?

I leave it on for about 2 hours when I first get in bed but I cannot what so ever go to sleep I don’t know what to do.Please Help….

    I am sleeping with CPAP machine for more than 4 years now. Remember that CPAP equipment needs to be adjusted to it.
    It took couple of months for me to get comfortable with CPAP mask and the rest of the settings. I am also periodically trying different masks, looking even for better comfort.
    In a reference website you can take a look at machines I been using and also all CPAP masked I’ve tried. Good Luck!
