Is there any relation betwee brainfog(a cloudy, unclear thinking/tiredness) and sleep apnea?

    Check with either the CDC in Atlanta or Emory University. Each has research data that can clarify this question. I don’t know myself.

    Yes. From what I’ve read, sleep apnea stops you falling into deeper sleep, as it keeps waking you up. As a result you don’t get a proper rest.

    Yes, due to a lack of oxygen and fitful sleep.

    my mother has sleep apnea and since her treatment started she has been finding a much better clarity of mind.
