the recommendable meters are 30 but you can go down to 40 – of course with training and slowly so that you don’t get your ears explode – now this is in open ocean water – i haven’t tried or known of this in a pool but imagine must be the same

Excellent! Freediving to 18m no fins is great! We have a deeper tank in the UK, 30m, see video response. You should come and dive there.

i think she should do one where she goes to the bottom of 18 metres again, but in her bikini, and sit or lay down on the bottom, that would be hot
that pool is soo deep, and she touched the bottom of it, 18 metres is a long way down
