Nice to hear from you Michael (or is it Mike?) And of course you’re going to lose 100lbs. I was 302 at my heaviest. Then lost 108, then gained back 40 or so. Determined to lose it again. You will succeed. You are part of a YouTube community now, so you’ve lots of new friends to support you. Good Luck

I would also like to add that since I found your videos, I have quit drinking, am going to the gym and sticking with it and have lost almost 10lbs. You are great motivation and I think it’s your destiny to spread such positivity amongst people who could do with a boost once in a while. All I can say is thank you.
