I´m having a big headache for 5 days after i made apnea in the pool only for 45 seconds.. HELP?

the pain doesn´t go away, it´s not unbearable but it´s bad… i hold my breath while moving underwater and had a sudden and terrible headache, i tought it would go away with time, but it didn´t.. would like to ear your opinions

2 days ago i was swimming dynamic apnea in the pool and suddenly i got a terrible headache, what can it be?

the pain is in the back and sides of he head, and it cotinues until today, but it´s less pain now. what can it be?

how can my friend get another machine for his sleep apnea disorder with out him having to wait 10 to 14 days?

his machine broke,and all the company and insurance companys tell him is that he has to get 2 referals, and it would be some time before he can get a new sleep apnea machine (or to repair it).is there an easy way to pass all this red tape?
