I´m having a big headache for 5 days after i made apnea in the pool only for 45 seconds.. HELP?

the pain doesn´t go away, it´s not unbearable but it´s bad… i hold my breath while moving underwater and had a sudden and terrible headache, i tought it would go away with time, but it didn´t.. would like to ear your opinions

does sleep apnea only happen to fat people or does it happen to anyone???

I asked because im 14 years old, and mostly every night I wake up about 2 to 4 am. Im scard help!!!

if the bipap machine is the only resource for sleep apnea, then what is the CPAP (continuous positive airway?

pressure) is it basically the same thing? It is listed as a separate procedure for keeping the airway open.
