How do i read a Sleep apnea report?

How is sleep apnea and heart failure linked, if at all? Sometimes i read people linking the two as if its?

common knowledge or something, but i thought they are two totally different things??? thanks, and may the force be with you,

Sleep apnea is not a psycholigical disease its a repiratory disease. It can cause insulin resistance without obesity.
