I sleep through my alarm clock and don&#8217;t get up on time to go to class (college)&#8230;it&#8217;s caused problems between my husband and I because I sleep too late on the weekends, etc.  My sleeping habits, problem&#8230;whatever you call it has caused distress in my life in more ways than one.  And I have tried to fix it, and tell myself&#8230;damnit, you&#8217;re getting up at __ in the morning, and I never can seem to do it&#8230;I just keep hitting the snooze, telling myself that I&#8217;ll get up in 10 more min, and next thing I know it&#8217;s 4 hours later.  Please help!</p>
