Is there a sleep disorder and/or a solution for someone who never gets REM sleep?

I have taken several overnight sleep studies and I spend either NO time or very little time in stage 4 or REM sleep. I want to know if this is why I am so tired everyday. I also want to know if this is a specific disorder and if so what is the treatment?
