There’s a mask you can wear while you’re sleeping that I think you can get from your doctor. There may also be medicine for it now but I’m really not sure, I’ll have to ask my cousin…

    1. If you are over weight, lose some.
    2. Have the surgery to shave down the fatty tissue in the mouth/throat.
    3. Get a CPAP.

Best thing to do is talk to your doctor and have a sleep study scheduled, but don’t ignore it. There are serious health consequences to yourself, and those around you–if you drive while tired you are an accident waiting to happen.

I have sleep apnea and use a CPAP. No big deal, though it isn’t the most romantic looking device in the world.

One of the best centers for the study and treatment of sleep disorders, including sleep apnea, is in New Haven, Connecticut. You can reach them for further info at the below link. Good luck.

  6. RICO says:

ONE WAY IS TO GO TO A SLEEP CLINIC AND VARIFY THE APNEA AND IF SO, GET A BREATHING MACHINE PRESCRIBED TO HELP YOU BREATH BETTER AT NIGHT.
