Not me! But, my mom uses this
tape across her nose which really
    works. Ask your pharmacist.

Only if your significant other is about to divorce you over it.

it would probably be better than that damn machine

NO. There are always risks when having surgery. They have a machine out that is supposed to work really well. Find yourself a good doctor and look into it.

No! NO! NO! I know someone who did it, for his wife, who slept with ear plugs. He actually had it done THREE times.
    He still snores.

If you have the surgery you need to have the Nasal/Throat surgery and the Tongue Surgery too. If you don’t have the Tongue surgery, you are wasting your time. It won’t help.

My brother did this and is on the road to recovery. He has lost weight, sleeps better and more restful than with the CPAP and is not snoring.

    GooD Luck

I WOULD TRY THIS FIRST!! Everyone in my family is the same way it is really bad!! One of my brothers had to use a CPAP machine for a while because of his sleep apnea, but we finally found the answer to stop snoring and it is awesome!! It is a custom fitted mouthpiece that we purchased on http://www.prosnore.com it really works good and my brother doesn’t even have to use his CPAP anymore!! IT IS AWESOME! GIVE IT A TRY!! PROSNORE.COM is the place!

No,i would recommend that you see a Dr about giving you some heart burn or reflux medicine.A lot of times these are causes for snoring.May i suggest that you try sleeping with your head elevated? It worked for my husband. We tried everything. He saw Dr. after Dr. & took nexium.it was finally determined to be that it was something in the air.It did help for him to sleep with his head elevated before it finally stopped though. It worked for him.It couln’t hurt to try could it? i’m rambling yet again.Be Blessed!
